Developed the Fit Index Ô Suite of web-administered psychological assessment instruments - entry-level screening instruments for call center customer service, sales, collections, retail sales, teller, and childcare worker positions.

Conducted validation research for entry-level assessment process for a 4000-employee automobile manufacturing company.

Retained as an expert witness for three EEO court cases.

Conducted extensive job analyses of telemarketing and customer service positions in preparation for the development and validation of screening processes for a large telecommunications company.

Conducted focus group discussions of performance standards with branch managers in large manufacturing company.

Delivered training on structured behavior description interviewing to the assessment staff for a large manufacturing company

Designed a career development and assessment program for a public utility company. This multistage assessment and development system was designed to help in redeployment of human resources caused by dramatic reorganization associated with industry deregulation

Designed managerial succession planning system for large automobile manufacturing company. This plan was designed for executive management levels and contained both assessment and developmental components

Psychologically assessed mechanical engineer candidates for small engineering firm.

Certified assessment center assessor for two large international human resource consulting companies. Involved in scoring assessment exercises and report writing for positions at all organizational levels for a variety of organizations.

Conducted compensation and benefits satisfaction survey for large social service agency. Duties included design and administration of survey instrument as well as conducting employee focus groups.

Conducted numerous upper management critical incident and futuring meetings as well as incumbent job analysis interviews.

Developed assessment center exercises (group discussions, interaction role plays, and problem solving exercises) for various manufacturing positions.

Development of performance appraisal system for village employees in suburb of Chicago, IL.

Development and implementation of performance appraisal systems for police departments in two Midwestern cities (pop: 250,000 and 32,000, respectively).

Testing and assessment interviewing for personnel manager position with large savings and loan association and district sales manager position with retail clothing store.

Design and implementation of a performance appraisal rater training program. Managers participated in a multi-faceted training program designed to increase rater accuracy and efficiency of performance appraisal system.

Selection of entry-level patrol officers and fire fighters for a suburb of large Midwestern city.
