Part I:

1) Using SPSS, carry out an analysis of variance for the following dataset, including making a table of cell and marginal means and making a bar graph of the cell means. Use an alpha level of 0.05.
(note: compare this answer to your work from the last lab which you computed by hand)

2) Patients whith two kinds of diagnoses were randomly assigned to one of three types of therapy. There were two patients per cell. Using SPSS and based on the results shown below, (a) carry out the analysis of variance; (b) compute the cell and marginal means, (c) make a graph of the results, and (d) describe the results in words; (e) compute the Power of the statistics. Use an alpha level of 0.05.

1) Test whether University GPA differs by Gender and Major. Describe the main effects and interactions (using means and a graph) and compute the power of the statistical tests.
