Home

The objectives of this course are to provide an overview of organizational behavior with an emphasis on the blend of theory and practice. You will also gain knowledge of organizational theory and research so that you can deal effectively with problems and opportunities in organizational contexts. To accomplish these objectives, lectures, class discussion, text, and applied activities will be used. You should finish the course with a better understanding of organizational dynamics and will be in a better position to both understand and appreciate your own behavior and the behavior of others in applied work settings.
