My
research interests are in psycholinguistics, primarily with a focus on the
production of language. A central theme of my research is how different
types of
information interact during language use. I have examined this issue in
the context of
lexical access, figurative language production, and within-sentence
agreement processes,
and have recently begun a project examining the development of children's
acquisition of
referential language abilities.
